Purchase and Service Policy for Simple Studios, LLC. 

Welcome to Simple Studios! We are delighted to assist you in creating a unique and tailored space for your photography needs. To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, please take a moment to review our service policy.

Complete Studio Design 

1. Consultation Phase

1.1 Initial Consultation:

  • We offer a complimentary initial consultation to understand your requirements, preferences, and budget.

  • During this phase, we encourage open communication to address any questions or concerns.

1.2 Studio Proposal:

  • Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed proposal, including equipment recommendations and total cost involved.

  • Modifications to the proposal can be made based on your feedback until you are satisfied and have approved.

2. Project Confirmation and Scheduling

2.1 Contract Agreement:

  • Upon receiving your signed proposal you will be contacted on next steps for your studio design and timing.  

  • We will build and ship equipment to the address you provide at our earliest opportunity. 

3. Installation 

3.1 Installation Assistance:

  • Our skilled team will provide a scaled and dimensioned drawing for your installation contractor. 

  • We will schedule a Zoom call to assist with any questions your contractor may have. 

  • Our team will coordinate with you to address any unforeseen challenges promptly.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing

4.1 Testing and Training:

  • Operational testing of equipment will be carried out, and any necessary training on the use of specialized equipment will be provided via Zoom.

  • Training will be scheduled for 1hr. via Zoom with at least one “decision maker” available. 

  • Please have available: iPad charged and Zoom app installed for logging into the call. 

  • Please have available: Staff member available to hold the iPad during the call.

  • Please have available: Staff member as patient model during call. 

5. Client Satisfaction and Feedback

5.1 Client Feedback:

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to provide feedback on the completed project to help us continuously improve our services.

  • Any concerns or issues will be addressed promptly and professionally.

6. Warranty and Support

6.1 Warranty Period:

  • Our installations are covered by a 5 year warranty for any hardware defects. Consumables are not covered under warranty. 

  • Electronics are covered under manufactures warranty. 

  • During the warranty period, we will address any defects or issues arising from our workmanship.

6.2 Ongoing Support:

  • We are committed to providing ongoing support for any questions, maintenance needs, or future upgrades.

At Simple Studios, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1.Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without stated fees below.

  • Orders canceled after 10 days are subject to a design and procurement fee of $2,500 per location. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in original shipping boxes, unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Original proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized items such as Patient Positioning Stickers, Custom Backdrops, or customized Shuttle Pro, Balance Pro or Wall Mounted systems.

  • New Construction Consultations.

  • DSLR/Mirrorless Camera Consultations.

  • iPad Photography Consultations. 

  • Instructional PDF downloads.

  • Instructional video downloads. 

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@simplestudios.pro or 949-940-5036 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from, for the returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • All products must be in original unopened boxes and packaging. 

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be issued, minus a design and procurement fee of $2,500 per location. 

8. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Policy Changes:

  • Simple Studios reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for changes.
